Best Luxury Car Model Releases for 2022

What does 2022 look like for us? After a turbulent year in 2021 with a lot of disruption to the automotive industry, we are super excited about all the new models coming this year. As far as we are concerned the outlook on upcoming cars is looking very enticing indeed, with numerous highly anticipated luxury models coming from our best-loved manufacturers.

With the automotive industry rapidly changing we see a lot of manufacturers heading into the realms of electric vehicles, which we see quickly becoming part of our future. With so many advantages they are bound to be a big hit, being better for the environment due to the lack of emissions and being more cost effective in the long run, could we be seeing some of the best electric cars released this year?  As well as electric vehicles we also see a massive rise in SUV’s and 4x4’s, when looking back on previous years is it no surprise we will be seeing more in the coming years, we had the releases of the Aston Martin DBX, the Porsche Macan face-lift and the Porsche Cayenne Coupe all having such huge success. The ability to have the sports car performance combined with fitting in with your lifestyle and the capabilities of off-road. What’s not to love!

First on our radar for 2022 is the new Aston Martin V12 Vantage, it is set to celebrate its legacy and mark the end of an era, with the exquisite display of power and sound the Vantage carries the unmistakable and deafening V12 Aston Martin roar. The new V12 Vantage is set to be powered by a 5.2 litre twin turbocharged V12 and similarly to the previous generations of the V12 Vantage it is set to output a massive 690HP making this Aston Martin even more enhanced and no doubt giving the ultimate driving experience.

Although the INEOS Grenadier was released in 2021, we should see some production in 2022, This 4x4 is built for any job, over any terrain it has you covered. The Grenadier offers comfort, capability, and durability. Porsche had a spectacular year in 2021, releasing a whole host of models and projects from the anniversary edition of the Boxster to 718 Cayman GT4RS and the upgrade to the Paint to Sample options adding over 100 colours some making a comeback from Porsche Classic, that being said we already have these two releases coming in 2022, we can only imagine what this year is going to bring us. First to arrive is the Cayenne Platinum Edition much like the Panamera Platinum Edition we saw in 2021. This special edition of the SUV is set to have exclusive design elements and extended equipment as a standard list. The Platinum Edition is set to be available in Cayenne, Cayenne E-Hybrid, Cayenne S and corresponding Coupe variants.

In 2021 we had the release of the Taycan Cross Turismo giving us the sporty silhouette, but the ability to embrace your lifestyle with the generous luggage compartment. Porsche have now released the Taycan Sport Turismo, sharing the same qualities as the Cross Turismo but combining the on-road dynamics from the original sport saloon. The Sport Turismo is available over all the Taycan range.
